Clean and prevent the pollution of water

PREREQUISITES:

DIRECTIVES:

1. Construct recycling plants, particularly along ocean coastlines near dense pockets of pollution. 
2. Install filtration systems at viable estuaries.
3. Repurposing of naval and other idle machinery to transport pollution to recycling plants.
