DIRECTIVES:

1. Construct geo-thermal power plants.
2. Construct solar panel farms.
3. Construct wind turbine farms.
4. Facilitate the installation of solar-panel / solar membrane windows in all applicable modern construction.
5. Construct hydro-electric power plants.
6. Construct tidal power plants.
7. Construct thorium-based power plants.
8. Extract thorium and/or other suitable nuclear material from resource rich deposits.
9. Fund research for cleaner consumption of coal in power plants.
10. Construct coal power plants (for backup power supply only).
