PHASE: PREPARATION

OBJECTIVES:

Facilitate the exchange of previously legal tender into Justicium tender at a rate that is both unique and fair for all nations. 

Prerequisites:

Minimal presence or likelihood of market inflation.

Adequate valuation for all essential goods and services.

Democratically accepted exchange rates for existing legal tender.

DIRECTIVES:

Convert existing banks and applicable financial organisations into Justicium Treasury complexes. 

Calculate a fair exchange rate for the conversion of previously legal tender to Justicium tender based on the average wages of each nation.

Facilitate the exchange of previous legal tender into Justicium tender at Justicium Treasuries, or via the Justicium Nexus.

Representatives from the Justicium Treasury department will attend physical appointments with citizens who require assistance in the exchange of previous legal tender to Justicium tender.
