CAMPAIGN: GOLDEN GOAT

PHASE: PREPARATION

OBJECTIVES:

Facilitate the exchange of previously legal tender into Omnira tender at a rate that is fair for all.

Prerequisites:

• Minimal presence or likelihood of market inflation.
• Adequate valuation for all essential goods and services.
• Democratically accepted exchange rates for existing legal tender.

DIRECTIVES:

1. Convert existing banks and applicable financial organisations into Omnira Treasury complexes. 
2. Calculate a fair exchange rate for the conversion of previously legal tender to Omnira tender based on the average wages of each nation.
3. Facilitate the exchange of previous legal tender into Justicium tender at Omnira Treasuries, or via the Omnira Nexus.
4. Representatives from the Omnira Treasury department will attend physical appointments with citizens who require assistance in the exchange of previous legal tender to Omnira tender.
