CAMPAIGN: STEEL TURTLE

PHASE: PREPARATION

OBJECTIVES:

• Construct disaster-proof habitation capable of sheltering the entire Omnira population.
• Provide evacuation measures.

PREREQUISITES:

None

DIRECTIVES:

1. Conversion or adaptation of existing structures or areas where gathering of citizens is common, into shelters (ex. Town halls, universities, schools, sporting fields, shopping centres, amusement parks)
2. Construct subterranean shelters with sufficient resources to sustain life for a significant period in the event of emergency.
3. Construct off-planet evacuation transportation suitable for orbiting Earth unassisted for a minimum of one week.
