CAMPAIGN: STEEL TURTLE

PHASE: PREPARATION

OBJECTIVES:

Construct disaster-proof habitation capable of sheltering the entire Justicium population.

Construct off-planet evacuation transportation.

PREREQUISITES:

None

DIRECTIVES:

Conversion or adaptation of existing structures or areas where gathering of citizens is common, into shelters (ex. Town halls, universities, schools, sporting fields, shopping centres, amusement parks)

Construct subterranean shelters beneath or near a United Treasury. Steel matrix support structure and sufficient resources to sustain habitation for a minimum of one month.

Construct off-planet evacuation transportation suitable for orbiting Earth unassisted for a minimum of one week. Viable energy sources for propulsion: paraffin, petroleum, thorium, plutonium, uranium.

SCHEDULE:

Commence immediate.

Ongoing maintenance and additional construction required after completion.
