If we continue along our current path there are several possible outcomes for our future…

1. With the increased cost of living, desperate and destitute citizens will revolt with overwhelming violence, similar to the French Revolution of the past.

2. With the near unrestricted and exponential increase in profiteering and prioritization of financial gain, governments will eventually lose all semblance of control to mega-corporations and syndicates who can afford private armies of their own.

3. As natural resources deplete, already fragile diplomatic ties between countries will be torn asunder and global war will be unleashed.

4. Extinction. Be it from severe tectonic disturbance, uninhabitable ecosystem, nuclear catastrophe, pandemic, or any other of the various potential cataclysmic events that we are unprepared for as we fight amongst ourselves instead of working together.

Current governments choose to ignore these problems or do not solve them effectively.

4. Trust in only those who are deserving. Fact is shaped by proof, not false promise.

6. Assist others when you can. As others will assist you too.

7. Care for the lives of all Omnira rather than the few. Together we are strong and as a society we shall always belong.

All citizens of the Omnira are important and all shall have fundamental rights and privileges.

Duty and livelihood

We want to ensure people can follow their dreams, be proud of their work, focus on their talents and make a good living in any field of work.

Happier citizens make a stronger civilization.

In every profession there will be rewards based on performance as well as emotional, physical and educational requirements.

This is unique to each and every duty. Here are a few examples:

• For the food service industry, the bonus may be based on the number of meals served, cleanliness, and average user review.
• Construction workers will get rewards based on completion time, consistency in quality, and avoidance of error.
• For logistics, the bonuses are based on successful deliveries within a certain time frame.
• For a custodian, rewards are based on the amount of space cleaned and attention to detail.
• Security and armed forces will be rewarded for objectives such as patrols completed, incidents responded to, and many other factors including the emotional, physical, and life-threatening responsibilities they undergo.

The Omnira operates under a unique leadership structure with a focus on efficiency, impartiality and integrity.

There are councils responsible for critical decision making, as the collective knowledge of a group is far greater than one alone.

All pertinent government action is recorded and made publicly accessible.

Officials must disclose their finances, actions, and affiliations regularly.

No single person has total executive authority.

Any citizen with minimum qualifications may apply for a position in the Omnira government. Knowledge, expertise and character requirements are strict. Only the best may lead.

Citizens always have control over who leads them and can openly review officials and government actions at any time.

Roles

Government is divided into unique roles with specific, skill-focused duties.

Archons: This council of leaders is responsible for the general management of districts; the towns, cities, states and nations of the Omnira. 

Arbiters: This council ensures the security and stability of the Omnira, as well as prevent and eradicate all forms of corruption within leadership.  

Sentinel:  Sentinels oversee the actions of all party members and act as enforcers of law & justice, advising and ensuring leadership does not sway from moral obligation.

Governor of Business: A council of professionals dedicated to management in their field.

Treasurer: Responsible for overseeing commerce and resource management.

Chief Architect: Responsible for civic planning and construction.

Orator (1 per language): Spokespeople responsible for delivering information to the people.

Emissaries: who act as a representative of the Omnira, engaging in diplomacy with foreign entities.

Deputies: who train under leadership and can be employed in the event of an emergency. 

Liaisons: who facilitate effective communication between leadership entities.

As well various assisting personnel.

Departments

• Paladins – the combined force of military, emergency services, and law enforcement to protect people and respond to disasters.
• Guilds of Business – for learning and mastery of professions, improving knowledge, seeking employment and maintaining comradery.
• Treasury – storage and distribution of valuable resources: financial, mineral, organic, territory, and knowledge.
• Research & Development – advancing science and technology.
• Citizen Welfare – managing public benefits and well-being.
• Justice & Ethics – fair legal processes and moral oversight.
• Foreign Affairs – diplomacy, trade, and global cooperation.
• Commerce & Consumption – fair product reviews and consumer protection.
• Civic Infrastructure – roads, schools, hospitals, communication systems.
• Exploration – interstellar expansion and alien diplomacy.
• Strongholds – the bastions of Omnira leadership and a shelter for all citizens
• Transportation – making sure and efficient travel networks.
• Communication  – delivering important knowledge to the people.
• Foreign Affairs – interacting with external entities.
• Education – providing education to the all.

All are valuable members of a well-functioning and diversely skilled team

Commerce

To ensure all citizens have access to necessities, we have divided the economy into three separate branches; crucial, significant and luxury.

Crucial goods and services, such as food, healthcare, housing and electricity will have no taxes.

Significant goods and services will have moderate taxes.

Luxury goods and services will have increased taxation. 

This means less prices for food, medicine, education and housing… An easier life for those who currently struggle to pay the bills. 

Knowledge

Knowledge is the primary contributor to human evolution, and as such, all citizens shall have access to good education.

Territory

Land will be allocated freely to those who will best utilize it for the good of the Omnira.

Natural Resources

All commercial quantities of natural resources will be distributed ethically and efficiently by the government, with a priority for necessity rather than price margin.

Poverty-stricken nations will benefit greatly, and resource-laden nations shall be less wasteful.

Currency

To ensure stable, efficient, and fair trade within the Omnira, there are two official currencies: Bux and Lumo.

Bux can be used to purchase any goods or services.

Lumo is distributed to citizens who are actively contributing to society and is limited to the barter of essential goods and services.

Existing currency can be converted into Bux and Lumo at a fair rate that is unique to each person’s circumstances.

We have taken many steps to ensure that the ecosystem of Earth is stable and safe well into the future.

We will fund and support sustainable agricultural endeavors to meet the nutrition requirements of our entire population.

We have implemented strict protocols for waste and by-product management, as well as made plans to cleanse the planet of all significant pollution.

We will attempt to ensure there is healthy biodiversity in our natural habitats but our priority will always be our citizens over other wildlife.

Our goal is to achieve completely ‘green’ energy production within a decade, though we shall employ low-emission options in areas with extreme demands to ensure all citizens have stable electricity.

This planet shall be safe from now until the indefinite future.

Total unity is our inevitable future.
